All bookings for Exmouth Diving Centre and accommodation at the Novotel, Potshot Resort Hotel & Excape Backpackers (Exmouth) & Bayview Holiday Village & Ningaloo Club (Coral Bay) can be made on email whaleshark@exmouthdiving.com.au.

You can make deposits & payments by emailing or faxing your credit card details - please only use this fax number (+61 08 9949 1680) for deposits regardless of destination . If you have been corresponding via email, please include a copy of the correct itinerary/costing with your email or fax. You can also send a bank cheque or money order in Australian dollars or make a direct deposit into our account - check with us for details. We accept MasterCard and Visa only.

ALL BOOKINGS: No bookings are confirmed until a 25% deposit is received. This 25% is non-refundable.  Full payment is due at least 14 days prior to your first booked date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance. Date changes are subject to availability and must be made more than 72 hours in advance.

Special additional considerations for dive courses: Please plan extra time to complete your dive course in case of delays to our diving schedule. We cannot under any circumstances provide a refund/partial refund due to delays in completing a course due to adverse/unsafe conditions or other factors beyond our control. We will fully refund your dive course only if you provide a copy of your completed diving medical form signed by your doctor stating "PERMANENTLY UNFIT" prior to the beginning of the first day of the course. We will partially refund your Open Water Course only if you provide a copy as above after the start of your course - there will be a $110 charge for the first day/part day and $100 for each additional/part day.  There may also be a materials charge.

We reserve the right to alter specific dives/tours/courses without notice due to weather, sea conditions or other factors. We always recommend that you travel with flexibility in your itinerary and with travel insurance - please contact your local travel agent for details on the best travel insurance for your travel needs.

SEASICKNESS: It can happen to anyone on any tour. Please make sure you are prepared before your tour - it is too late once you are on the boat. As we are not a pharmacy we cannot sell medications…you can purchase anti-motion sickness tablets etc at Exmouth Pharmacy (9-5 most weekdays; closed Saturday afternoon & Sunday…check with them for complete opening times). Exmouth Diving Centre, Exmouth, does not supply seasickness tablets.

Upgrade to dedicated Whale Shark Adventure 2008 from booked Ningaloo Nature Eco-Seafari 2008 at Exmouth Diving Centre, Exmouth, Western Australia: We reserve the right to upgrade your Ningaloo Nature Eco-Seafari to a dedicated Whale Shark Adventure if the daily numbers of whale shark sightings have been steady in the days leading to your tour. You will need to pay the difference on the day of your tour. If we do upgrade the tour, it means that whale shark sightings have been steady and that the whale sharks have most likely arrived for the season. If we do upgrade your tour, it also means that you will be eligible for our repeat policy as on any other Whale Shark Adventure. Please see complete details of that policy below.

Repeat policy for Exmouth Diving Centre's Whale Shark Adventures 2008
Exmouth, Western Australia: We cannot guarantee sightings of any creature, nor do we control their behaviour, as they are all wild animals in their natural environment. In the unlikely event that no whale shark is sighted on your Whale Shark Adventure Tour with Exmouth Diving Centre in Exmouth, we offer ONE FREE REPEAT tour to each paying passenger. Repeat tours are only available on our next available Whale Shark Adventure from Exmouth and seats will be allocated based on your date of booking. Repeat tours are not transferable to another party/season/tour/location/date and no refunds are available. Please note that availability for repeat tours may be limited - especially near Easter and the Western Australian school holidays. Exmouth Diving Centre always recommends that you travel with some flexibility in your schedule and that you travel with travel insurance.
